In 2014, Diane founded Diatom Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses execute their strategic and continuous improvement plans. She specializes in fostering collaboration, developing clear strategies, and empowering teams to achieve sustainable results.
Diane is a Chartered Board Director, certified by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada, and a graduate of the Directors College Certified Director Program. Her expertise includes supporting family business transitions, turnaround strategies for underperforming organizations, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
