Have you ever wanted to get better at giving and receiving feedback?
In this Deep Dive session, we will take a look into the power of curiosity in generating purposeful conversations when giving or receiving feedback. Whether it is upward, downward, or laterally, we will look at the common challenges and characteristics that make developing feedback mechanisms so challenging in an organization.
You will leave with strategies and tools that will move you from avoiding those feedback conversations to inviting them!
Designed for Leaders and People Managers
This Deep Dive is designed for leaders and people managers (or managers-to-be) in non-profit organizations.
This session will be of special interest to anyone who has completed Laridae’s Management Training Program or Leadership Development Program in the past, as it builds upon material covered in those modules.
What Will You Gain from this Session?
You will learn how to:
- Engage your curiosity: “What do I need to know about giving and receiving feedback well?”
- Expand your leadership skillset with techniques grounded in research and lived experience
- Develop your confidence in designing feedback practices with your team and across your organization
