Enroll in our 2022 Leadership Development Program for Non-Profits

Lead with Confidence & Clarity

Laridae and the United Way Peterborough & District are excited to be offering a new Leadership Development Program cohort beginning in February, 2022.

This offers an opportunity to build leadership capacity in the non-profit sector.

How are we partnering? We have created an opportunity for a scholarship program that enables small organizations in the Peterborough area to join at a reduced price.

Danielle Rocheleau, Laridae CEO: “We are so pleased to be continuing our partnership with United Way Peterborough for a third year to make our Leadership Development Program accessible to even more leaders in the City and County of Peterborough. Together, we continue working towards our shared vision of supporting local non-profit organizations and building capacity across our community.”

You can learn more about the program and who it is for on the Leadership Development Program description page.

“The intentional time to connect to other leaders and discuss these topics was important. We rarely have those opportunities so I very much valued that connection.”

– Christian Harvey, Executive Director, One City Peterborough
