Learn why you or those around you are reluctant to fundraise and the “cure” so that you can raise more money, in a way that feels good.
Sure — you know you need to fundraise for your organization, but it feels icky, or like selling your soul. You’d rather be doing anything else. Guess what — you’re not alone. Most people who work in the nonprofit sector are reluctant fundraisers, but we don’t teach fundraising in a way that enables reluctant fundraisers to take action and be successful. In this session, you’ll learn why you or those around you are reluctant to fundraise and the “cure” so that you can raise more money for your important work, in a way that feels good.

Who is this Session for?
This session is for reluctant fundraisers! If you’re an executive director, board member, volunteer or even junior fundraiser and you find yourself too busy to fundraise — this is for you!
What Will You Gain from this Session?
In this session you will learn:
- Why fundraising seems so hard and it’s the last thing you want to do (we’ll use neuroscience to understand this)
- How effective fundraising differs from the “icky” fundraising you think of when someone says the “f” word (fundraising)
- Practical tools to help you adopt a new approach to fundraising at your organization
