Discussion Topic: How to Avoid Strategic Paralysis in Times of Uncertainty
During times of uncertainty, it can be especially challenging to work on your organization’s big-picture strategy:
- Short-term ‘fires’ regularly erupt and need to be put out. How can you focus on what is important, when there are so many urgent items that require your attention?
- An uncertain future makes make big-picture decisions feel overwhelming. How can you plan for a future that you can’t anticipate?
If you are a non-profit leader who is finding it challenging to wrap your head around the medium- and long-term direction of your organization, or if you’re due for a new strategic plan but not sure how to get started during the pandemic, join Danielle during this open office hour session.
You’ll be able to get your questions answered and hear from your peers in other organizations.
We hope to see you there.
Please register in advance if you wish to attend. This will be a live discussion; it will not be recorded. After you register, we will send you an invitation which will include the Zoom link.
