As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the incredible work we’ve seen from social purpose leaders like you—dedicated individuals who remain steadfast in your commitment to building a better world. It’s been a year of both challenges and progress, and I am inspired by the creativity and resilience you’ve demonstrated at every turn.
At Laridae, we’ve been privileged to walk alongside many of you this year as you navigated complex changes, prioritized workplace well-being, and embraced bold strategies to advance your missions. In these conversations, one recurring theme has emerged: the growing need for timely, accessible guidance amidst the pace of daily demands.

In response, I’m excited to share a new initiative we’re trialing in 2025: “Leadership Circle”, a free monthly drop-in session for purpose-driven leaders.
Starting in January 29, we’ll host a monthly session where you can bring your burning questions—about leadership, change management, strategy, or any challenge you’re facing. This space is designed to give you quick, practical advice, and a chance to connect with peers who are facing similar hurdles.
As we look ahead, I hope this resource becomes a powerful tool in your leadership toolkit, enabling you to make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
