What a year it has been a year since we first launched our Management Training Program for non-profits!

Growth and Adaptation
I don’t think anyone at Laridae could ever have predicted how much our program would grow in one year — from our first small cohort of 4 eager managers, to over 60 confident graduates (and counting!)
Who would have known that we would transition from travelling to boardrooms across Ontario, to leading sessions remotely via Zoom? Although we all had our apprehensions, we’ve been pleasantly surprised to watch the barriers of geographic distance disappear as we work through non-profit managers’ biggest challenges in lively, interactive virtual spaces.
