About Us
Laridae is a leadership development and organizational support firm working alongside social-purpose organizations.
Since 2012, we’ve partnered with thousands of leaders and teams through strategic planning, governance, culture and brand language, change leadership, communications, and training.
At the heart of our work is a belief that leadership shapes culture, and culture shapes lives. We exist to help leaders create workplaces where people feel grounded, valued, and connected to purpose so missions can thrive.
