Level 1: Foundations of Coaching
The Foundations level lays the essential groundwork for incorporating a coach-like approach into your leadership practice.
This program is ideal for leaders and managers who want to enhance how they support and develop their teams, without needing to become certified coaches. The Foundations program is a pre-requisite for the Advanced program.

Level 2: Advanced Coach Training
The Advanced level — available to graduates of the Foundations level — offers deeper learning and prepares participants to become certified coaches through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
